New Resource! AZ Prop 211 Toolkit for Multi-Entity Organizations

In November of 2022, Arizona voters passed the Voters Right to Know Act, often referred to as Proposition 211, which created a new campaign finance regime for the state. The 2024 election is the first full cycle to which Proposition 211 applies.

This toolkit is created to support leadership and operations staff at social justice organizations in Arizona to assess the risk and benefits of engaging in election year work covered by Proposition 211 – and then plan to build the operational capacity needed to comply.

This toolkit is intended for Arizona social justice organizations that are planning for bold and compliant election year work under the new campaign finance rules in effect under Arizona’s Voters’ Right to Know Act, often referred to as Proposition 211.
